- Geringfügige Maßabweichung: Das Glas kann 1-2 mm kürzer sein als das entsprechende Modell der 1. Wahl.
- Leichte Schlieren: Im Glas können dezente, kaum sichtbare Schlieren oder leichte Trübungen vorhanden sein, die sich nicht auf den Geschmack des Getränks auswirken.
- Lufteinschlüsse (inklusive): Es können mehr als 3 kleine Lufteinschlüsse an einer Stelle konzentriert oder einzelne Lufteinschlüsse größer als 1,5 mm im sichtbaren Bereich (z.B. im Schaft oder Fuß) vorhanden sein.

Many people clean crystal glass like conventional glass and are surprised that their glasses are "blind" or show the first streaks. It's not that difficult if you follow a few simple tips and clean properly.

- Crystal glass or crystal glasses should never be cleaned in the dishwasher
Dishwasher tabs and dishwasher salt permanently attack the surface of the crystal glass .
High-quality gold finishes or platinum rims are just as badly damaged in the dishwasher - Dry dusters are also not recommended and are unsuitable for cleaning crystal glasses
Tiny dust particles work together with the duster like sandpaper.
They scratch the surface and the shine gone forever.

- Pro tip: carafes and jugs should be rinsed out with lukewarm water immediately after use so that the remains of the drink do not stick to the inside of the glass
- Pro tip: The tannin present in wine and wine-based beverages stubbornly sticks to the crystal glass. To clean, carefully fill the glasses with lukewarm water diluted with a little vinegar, leave it to work for a short time and then rinse it out with water. We also recommend dust-free cloths for drying.
- Pro tip: There are so-called decanter dryers for the extensive drying of decanters and carafes. Here the decanters and carafes are placed upside down so that they can drain and dry on the inside.
- Pro tip: For embellishments with gold and platinum, which is a trademark at ARNSTADT Kristall, we recommend special gold cleaners, gold cleaning cloths or platinum cleaners.
Extra tip for storing crystal glasses: do not stack crystal glasses! This could also scratch them.
