Returns – Return your items quickly and easily

General information

If you are not satisfied with any or all of the items, you may return them to us within 14 days (from the date of delivery) without giving a reason.

Here’s how:

1. Complete the returns form.
2. Wait for the email from our service team
3. Print out the return label from the service email
4. Affix the return label to the parcel in a clearly visible position (over the original label)
5. Drop off the parcel at a post office, a DHL Parcel Shop or a DHL Packstation near you.
