Before placing a binding order, the customer has the opportunity to check their details on the order summary page. They may make changes and corrections at any time before the order is binding as follows:

11. Basic price information
Please note that, due to legal exemptions, set items consisting of crystal glasses and spirits do not include unit price information. However, you can find the individual spirits in the #plopp category and view the relevant unit prices there.
12. Vouchers / Discounts
This does not apply to paid vouchers, but to promotional vouchers that are visible in the shop on a seasonal or product-specific basis. Discounts granted and displayed are a voluntary reduction offered by Arnstadt Kristall. Vouchers may be valid for a limited time or in limited quantities and/or may be allocated to specific customers, customer accounts or customer email addresses via an AI system. For some vouchers or discounts, a so-called voucher code must be entered in the shopping basket or at checkout. These codes are changed at regular intervals for security reasons.
Vouchers and discounts granted are non-transferable, non-refundable and may be restricted to certain product categories. If you make use of our voluntary exchange guarantee, the amount reduced by vouchers or discounts will be deducted or offset. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, these vouchers will not be reactivated for technical reasons.
13. Free gifts
Free gifts offered upon reaching a certain basket value are provided at our discretion. No claim can be made in this regard. We reserve the right to supply an alternative in the event of unavailability. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we reserve the right not to supply the free gift or, if it has already been supplied, to reclaim it or charge for it.
