30-day exchange guarantee

In accordance with these terms, we grant you a 30-day exchange guarantee.

There are often situations where the digital details of a product (image, description, etc.) are not sufficient to make a final purchasing decision. Even if you have given something as a gift and have not quite hit the mark with the recipient’s taste, our exchange guarantee applies.

Terms and conditions of the exchange guarantee:

1.) The exchange guarantee is provided voluntarily by Arnstadt Kristall and is not a legal requirement
2.) The exchange guarantee is valid from the date of dispatch of your order / the product(s) to be exchanged
3.) Individual items or all items in an order may be exchanged
4.) Customised products are excluded from the exchange guarantee
5.) The exchange guarantee applies to products of equal or higher value
6.) No refund of the price difference will be made under the exchange guarantee.
7.) The buyer must specify products of the same “total” value for the exchange.
8.) Payments already made will be deducted / offset.
9.) Arnstadt Kristall will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement shipment
10.) Alternatively, the statutory right of withdrawal remains available (please request this separately!)
