Deliveries to end consumers
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer (e.g. in the PROMOTIONAL CONDITIONS (marked in green)), delivery of the goods shall take place within 1 - 3 days, for international deliveries within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your receipt of payment), to the delivery address you have provided. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the shipping service providers, delivery to a neighbour is also possible.
Please note that there is no dispatch on Saturdays, and additionally no delivery on Sundays and public holidays (exception: courier shipping method).
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered. Partial delivery is available on request for an additional charge of 5.90 Euro per order.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
The time stated in the item detail view indicates the availability of the items for express shipping. Shipping to DHL Packstations is also possible, provided the size of the shipment allows it. Alternatively, shipping will be made to the billing address. Furthermore, delivery to parcel shops, freely selectable parcel acceptance points, post office branches and, with the permission of your employer, your place of work is possible.
Note: Due to seasonal factors, overlaps in orders may occur for individual items, which may result in longer delivery times. Cancellation without costs is possible on your part in this case. In urgent cases, please contact us in advance.
Shipping costs from the courier and express shipping methods will not be refunded in the event of a return, as these are special services that go beyond standard shipping.

Calculation of delivery times:
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
Commercial purchases:
The shipping costs listed above do not apply to dealers, resellers, catering account customers who have their own dealer access. The shipping costs are calculated using the following scale, which also applies to orders by e-mail or telephone: Shipping costs 8.90 euros net (up to 2500.00 euros value of goods), free shipping above that. Fast shipping is shown as fast shipping for commercial customers, but is carried out as standard shipping for larger quantities (e.g. due to the organization of forwarding agents or the more time-consuming cushioning of the goods). For the rest, the HGB applies to commercial purchases.
