You have inherited crystal glassware (vases, bowls, glasses, carafes) or received it from an estate and do not know what to do with it. We buy crystal. To initiate the process, please upload high-resolution images of your crystal, provide a detailed description of any flaws, and specify your desired selling price. We will then generate an initial purchase price and notify you. If this offer matches your expectations, we will arrange an in-person inspection to conduct a final valuation before completing the purchase.

Who buys crystal?
We, the company Arnstadt Kristall GmbH based in Thuringia, buys crystal. We aim to answer frequently asked questions here in advance.
Which crystal are you selling?
Whether it’s glasses, vases, bowls or carafes, we’re interested in everything. We’re also happy to receive crockery, plates or small bowls.
My crystal glasses have small chips on the rim – do you accept those as well?
We will decide this during the valuation. We can repair many items, so this is not a problem.
How much do you pay for crystal when buying?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this. Factors such as condition, quantity, appearance, origin, etc. all play a part. However, please simply let us know your expectations regarding the purchase price. We will find a mutually agreeable price. If you do not have any price expectations, please wait for our offer.
Can I send you photos of the crystal in advance?
Yes, this is actually required. This allows us to assess our interest in advance and let you know how to proceed. Please ensure that your email attachments are not too large, as otherwise they will not be forwarded. If necessary, split them across several emails.
PLEASE NOTE: Please do not visit us without an appointment to have your crystal valued. We do not have the capacity to accommodate walk-ins.
