Crafted from sugarcane molasses sourced from the heart of the island—locally known as Isla del Cocodrilo—and blended from aguardientes of various vintages, it boasts the clarity of a white rum with the distinctive body of a dark rum.

5cl Eminente Reserva 7 years
20cl lime juice
1.5cl Monin coconut syrup
Soda

PREPARATION

Add ice cubes to a long drink glass. Pour in the rum, lime juice, and coconut syrup. Stir with a bar spoon for 5 seconds and top up with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lime.

5cl Eminente Reserva 7 years
2cl runny honey
2.5cl lime juice
6cm soda water

PREPARATION

First, fill a long drink glass with clear ice cubes. Then pour all the ingredients into the glass one after the other. Stir with a bar spoon for 5 seconds. Finally, garnish with lime wedges.
